Sara has been such an integral part of keeping my daughter healthy through her level 10 gymnastics career. Sara has been able to diagnose injury, prescribe exercises, and offer guidance about returning to practice. She has also been able to use a variety of techniques: cupping, dry needling, scraping, deep tissue massage to coax my daughter’s very tight muscles to relax in order to prevent injury. Sara‘s PT provides everything from prehab to rehab all while genuinely caring about my daughter as a person. Highly recommend.

Sara and I clicked from day one. unlike other therapist I had gone to she was warm friendly tactful professional and enthusiastic about my recovery. 

I had injured my right knee and was really worried that it would always pain me. I had gotten two or three diagnosis and still had no real idea what I could do to fix it. 

As I stand here in my kitchen on my bad knee one legged: there's no pain at all.

I have heard it said that it doesn't matter if you like your doctor/therapist as long as they get results.

I'm not sure I believe that and I'm thankful that with Sara I get both.
